SOYBEAN HUSKER
Soybean Husker MSH operates on the principle of centrifugal acceleration and wall friction to remove husks from soybeans. The machine is designed for high capacity while maintaining low power consumption. In addition, it can be used to produce broken rice, a common product in Vietnam.
ROTARY SIFTER
Rotary Sifter for Beans MRSI is designed to separate small broken beans and whole beans from split beans by using interchangeable screens of different sizes. The machine is suitable for processing various types of beans, including soybeans and mung beans.
FLUIDIZED BED DRYER
Fluidized Bed Dryer MFBD uses a blower to distribute heated air upward through a perforated screen, creating a fluidized layer for uniform drying. The machine is equipped with a vibrating sieve to discharge materials steadily. Heat can be generated from electricity, Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), or steam.
This dryer is suitable for fast and efficient drying of granular materials such as beans, corn, paddy, and similar products.

MUNG BEAN HUSKER
Mung Bean Husker MRW is our latest innovation, designed for superior splitting efficiency.
Mung beans are abraded between the surface of the rotary emery-stone cylinder and rubber bars. Air currents pass through strategically positioned slots near the rubber bars, dissipating heat during processing and ensuring complete husk separation.
The abrading chamber is divided into multiple independent columns by screen ribs, guiding the beans along a fixed path for uniform peeling.
For ease of operation, the gap between the screen and emery-stone surface can be adjusted during use, maintaining efficiency without stopping production.
The finished product is split mung beans of consistent quality.
