1. Orders and Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

 - We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover) and digital wallets like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

How can I track my order?

- Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. Please allow 12-24 hours for the tracking status to update.

Can I cancel or change my order?

- We can often cancel or modify orders if contacted within 24 hours of placement. After that time, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately!

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption and processed through a secure gateway. We do not store your credit card information.

 

2. Shipping Information

What are your typical processing and shipping times?

- Orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes an additional 5-7 business days. See our Shipping Policy for expedited options.

Do you ship internationally?

- No, we currently only ship within the United States.

My package is missing/damaged. What do I do?

- If a package is lost, or if you received damaged goods, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. Contact us if you need any documentation from our side.

3. Returns and Exchanges

What is your return window?

- We accept returns of eligible items within 15 days of the delivery date.

How do I start a return?

- You must email bvnillc@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will receive instructions and the return address once your request is approved.

How long does a refund take?

- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10-12 business days.

Are all items returnable?

- No. Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked non-returnable (e.g., due to hygiene) are exempt. Please check our full Return and Refund Policy for details.
