RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Overview

Our products can be refunded within 15 days since the delivery date. 

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Proof of Purchase: We require a receipt or proof of purchase (your order number).

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Original Packaging: It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Gift cards.

  • Downloadable software products.

  • Sale, clearance, or "Final Sale" items.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.1

 

  • If Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-12 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

6. Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when received. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bvnillc@gmail.com and follow the return instructions.

7. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
