SHIPPING POLICY

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

 

2. Order Processing Time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping is separate from the transit time.

Coffee Products:

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Notification: You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which includes tracking information.

Machine Products
For machinery orders, please contact us directly for detailed information regarding shipping methods, costs, and delivery schedules.

3. Domestic Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following domestic shipping methods within the United States:

Shipping Method: Estimated Delivery Time (After Processing) - Price

Standard Shipping: 5 to 7 Business Days - (Calculated at Checkout)

Expedited Shipping: 3 to 5 Business Days - (Calculated at Checkout)

Overnight/Next-Day: 1 to 2 Business Day - (Calculated at Checkout)

 - Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

4. Free Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $35.00.

 

5. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

6. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: We currently ship only within the United States

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: IBVN is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • Delivery Time: International transit times vary significantly. Estimated delivery is generally 10 to 20 business days, but delays due to customs processing are common and beyond our control.

 

7. Damages

  • IBVN is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

8. P.O. Boxes

  • We can/cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. ​
