HOPPER SCALE




Hopper Scale MHS1 is used to weigh material of grain, such as paddy, corn, bean, etc. Ideal for the intake section of milling lines, it uses advanced load-cell technology for reliable results. The user-friendly control panel can be easily connected to a computer for efficient data management.
PADDY PRE-CLEANER



Paddy Pre-cleaner MPC uses screens to screens to separate foreign matter such as straw, rubbish, wood, large stone, string sand, etc. out of paddy. The machine is designed with a drum on top to collect large foreign-matter and two layers of screen put slantingly below to eliminate small foreign-matter.
RICE CLEANER




The Rice Cleaner MRC is designed to efficiently remove foreign impurities from rice or paddy. Equipped with a series of precision-engineered screens, it effectively separates materials such as straw, wood, sand, stones, string, and other unwanted particles.
Its advanced design features inclined screens with crosswise oscillation, enabling smooth material flow and highly effective separation. The result is cleaner rice, improved protection for downstream equipment, and enhanced overall processing quality.

PADDY HUSKER | SHELLER




Paddy Husker MPH uses two rubber rolls tunring oppositely and not the same rate of turning to husk paddy. The two inclined-plane-placed rubber rolls, and an adjustable chute together with a shaking section make a material current with one grain layer thickness to go straight into the slit of two rubber rolls.
There are three kinds: MPH, MPH-C and MPH-IC series.
BRAN SIEVE - HUSK ASPIRATOR




The Bran Sieve MBSI is used to separate ground bran mixed with the material. It features a slanted, oscillating screen that allows bran to pass through its holes. The machine can adjust the screen angle and evenly distribute the material before delivering it to the husk aspirator.
Husk aspirator has 2 models: MHA-C and MHA series.
The MHA-C uses the current of air going round inside the machine to blow through the curtain of falling rice-grains in order to separate husk out of brown rice. A material distributor attached above is used spreading material evenly when falling into the Husk Aspirator
The Husk Aspirator MHA uses the current of exhaust-air through the curtain of falling rice-grains in order to separate husk out of brown rice. This machine is equipped with a coarse bran sieve MBSI above.
PADDY SEPERATOR



The Paddy Separator MPSE is engineered for the efficient separation of paddy grains mixed with brown rice during the milling process.
Equipped with an incoming material sensor and a speed controller, it ensures precise, reliable, and consistent separation performance.
This model is designed without a minor tray.
WHITENING MACHINE




The rice whitening machine MSW is the latest innovation, featuring a material feeding screw conveyor interconnected with an abrasive stone cylinder, surrounded by segmented abrasive screens separated by metal bars. This design divides the material chamber, which is integrated with the abrading chamber, into evenly spaced columns. Air currents flow into the material chamber through slots positioned next to the metal bars, shaping the abrasive columns and ensuring thorough bran removal along the entire height of the integrated material and abrading chambers. Operators can easily adjust the gap between the screen and the emery-stone surface during operation, maintaining optimal performance without stopping the machine.

The rice whitening machine MRW features a rotary emery-stone cylinder and rubber bars that effectively abrade rice grains to remove bran. Air currents flow through strategically placed slots near the rubber bars, dissipating heat during processing and ensuring complete separation of bran from the rice. The abrading chamber is divided into multiple independent columns by screen ribs, guiding rice grains along a fixed path for consistent whitening results. Operators can easily adjust the gap between the screen and the emery-stone surface during operation, maintaining process efficiency without stopping the machine.
DESTONER



Destoner MD is designed in accordance with the differences between the density of stone, grit and the density of paddy or rice, by using screen with flanges put slantingly; moved back and forth; and combined with jet air going through the holes to separate stone and grit mixed in paddy or rice.
VIBRATING DESTONER




Vibrating Destoner MVD is designed to separate stones and grit from paddy rice by utilizing the natural density differences between grains and impurities. The machine features a slanted flanged screen that vibrates back and forth, working in combination with an exhaust-air flow from the exhauster and cyclone. This coordinated system ensures effective removal of stones and grit mixed in paddy or rice.
RICE POLISHING MACHINE




Rice Polishing Machine MRP combines a roller and screen with an efficient water spray system to deliver outstanding results. As rice moves through the machine, it is thoroughly cleaned and its outer layers are carefully removed. This advanced process not only increases the whiteness and shine of each grain, but also ensures consistently high-quality rice.
RICE COOLING MACHINE




Cooling machine MCD is used for cooling grain and reducing moisture inside incoming material lightly. This machine uses exhauster and horizontally parallel inverted V-formed channels to distribute natural air passing through the material.
GRAIN DRYER



The Tower-shaped Dryer MGD is specifically designed for drying agricultural products. The system features horizontally parallel, inverted V-shaped channels for distributing hot air and discharging humid air, ensuring that hot air passes through the material and effectively removes the available water in the grain. The humid air is directed through dust filters before being released, ensuring that the exhaust air is clean and environmentally friendly. The system’s heat source can be supplied indirectly from a husk furnace, charcoal burner, oil burner, or a boiler with a radiator.
HUSK FURNACE



Husk Furnace MHFU mainly uses husk to burn indirectly supply heat for agricultural-product dryers. The furnace is in the shape of vertical cylinder. Its cover is made of steel which is designed to prevent heat from escaping. Inside the furnace is built with fireproof-bricks.
ROTARY SIFTER




The Rotary Sifter MRSI efficiently separates broken rice from whole grains using multiple layers of stainless steel woven screens, each with different square hole sizes. As rice moves through the rotating sifter, each screen carefully sorts out broken grains by size, ensuring you get consistently high-quality rice with every batch. This design ensures effective and accurate sorting for high-quality rice processing.
LENGTH GRADER




The Length Grader MLG is designed to separate broken rice from whole grains in the milling process. The grader features a stainless steel cylindrical drum, constructed from two semi-circular sections for durability and ease of assembly. The inner surface of the drum is fitted with debossed round indents, each sized to capture specific grades of broken rice. As the drum rotates, rice is conveyed along its length, allowing the indents to selectively retain and remove broken grains of the desired size, ensuring efficient and accurate separation.
RICE MIXER



Rice Mixer MRM is designed to uniformly blend vitamin-coated rice with white rice. The machine features a stainless-steel cylindrical drum placed horizontally, equipped with internal mixing blades. As the drum rotates, the blades lift and tumble the grains, ensuring a consistent and even mixture.
THICKNESS GRADER




Thickness Grader MTG is used to separate thin or immature grains from finished rice. The stainless-steel drum is a slanted cylinder with rectangular holes designed to match the standard thickness of rice kernels. As the drum rotates, rice moves along its entire length, allowing undersized grains to be effectively removed.
SHUTTER SCALE




Shutter Scale MSS is used for weighing granular materials such as paddy, rice, coffee, corn, beans, etc and similar products, as well as powder materials such as rice bran. It is typically applied in the packing section of a production line. The scale operates on the load-cell principle, and its control panel can be connected to a computer for monitoring.
After weighing, the material is discharged directly into packaging bags positioned on the conveyor and sewing machine system. The conveyor height can be adjusted to accommodate different bag sizes.

CYCLONE DUST FILTER




Cyclone Dust Filter MDF is designed to remove dust and light impurities generated during grain processing. The system combines a cyclone with an exhauster to collect dust through centrifugal force, keeping the working environment clean. At the same time, the filtered clean air is discharged outside, ensuring safety and environmental friendliness.
